Barking mad: the dogs in the calendar have become unlikely stars with their tricky looking yoga poses
With a pose for all seasons, the pooches show off classic postures such as the lotus position and, of course, the downward dog.
Sometimes the traditional nap by the fireplace just isn’t enough to relieve the stress of being man’s best friend. But yoga moves take dogged determination to pull off – and, of course, a little camera trickery, too.
These rescue dogs have become unlikely pin-ups after starring in a calendar of puppies performing yoga.

Photographer Dan Borris, 53, snapped images of the dogs while his yoga teacher wife Alejandra coaxed them to pose.
Getting their kicks: a flexible pose from one dog while the other pup practises the tree position
Mr Borris, from San Antonio, Texas, said: ‘We just play with all of them. Then, with the help and the magic of Photoshop, they end up doing yoga.’
