A baby white-naped mangabey monkey


This photo provided Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010 by the Bioparco Zoo of Rome shows a baby white-naped mangabey monkey (Cercocebus atys lunulatus), born on Nov. 7 being fed by its zoo keeper after it was refused by its mother, in Rome. White-naped mangabey monkeys, found in Ghana and Ivory Coast forests, are listed amongst the most endagered primates. The Bioparco Zoo is part of a group of European zoos involved in the breeding programs (European Endagered Species Programmes) of endagered species.
